How to make fruit salad

Fruit salad is a very healthy and tasty dessert recipe. It is easier to do and you can enjoy it whenever you want. To make fruit salad, you can choose the fruits you prefer.

Ingredients

  • Apple – 1
  • Sapote (chikoo) – 1
  • Banana – 1
  • Pomegranate seeds – 1
  • Papaya – 1
  • Strawberries – 5
  • Grapes – ½ cup
  • Milk – 4 cups
  • Custard powder – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 4 tablespoons

Step 1:
In a pan, add milk and custard powder and mix well.

Step 2:
Now put the pan on low heat and add let it boil for 5-10 minutes. Then add sugar to it. Keep stirring continuously.

Step 3:
Cook the mixture until it becomes a little thick.

Step 4:
Now, remove the pan from the heat and set it aside to cool, or you can put it in the fridge to cool.

Step 5:
Now, wash all the fruits and peel them and cut them into small pieces.

Step 6:
Then, add the fruits to the cold milk mix and place them back in the refrigerator to cool.

Step 7:
Once the fruit salad is cold enough to be served cold.
